What we collect
If you order a kit, we collect the email, shipping name, and address needed to fulfill that order.
If you buy the app only, we collect the email needed for the subscription and receipts.
If you ask for notes, we collect the email you type.
This site uses a Meta Pixel to measure ads. Card data is handled by Shopify Payments.
What we do not assume
We do not sell a health record. This site is not a medical service.
Payments
Card data is handled by Shopify Payments on Shopify’s checkout. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
Notes email
Notes are optional. Marketing stays off unless you ask. Transactional mail about an order is separate and may still be sent.
