If we will miss the date
If we will miss that date, we email you before it. You can wait or cancel for a full refund.
The cancel path is paid by us. Use the link in your receipt, or write hello@gapmoment.com.
A first delay of thirty days or less may say that no reply means you agree to wait, and must still give a free cancel path. A first delay of more than thirty days, or an open-ended delay, is canceled and refunded unless you clearly agree to wait. A second delay needs a clear yes. Silence is not consent.
Duties and tax
Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the recipient's responsibility and may be collected on delivery.
Any tax displayed at checkout is separate from destination import duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
