Cancel any time before shipment for a full refund, including shipping.
Write hello@gapmoment.com or use the cancel link in your receipt. We pay for that path.
We do not replace a cash refund with store credit, points, or a future coupon.
Cards
When a refund is due on a card, we start it promptly. The legal clock is generally seven business days once a refund is due. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.
After it ships
The after-shipment return policy is not yet final. Cancel before shipment for a full refund.
App only
The $6.90/month path is a subscription. Cancel future charges in the billing portal. That cancel is not a kit shipment refund.
